Pemkot dan DPRD Sahkan RAPBD 2025 Kota Bogor
JEJAKPOS.ID, BOGOR – Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Bogor bersama DPRD Kota Bogor menyetujui Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Raperda) tentang Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) 2025 Kota Bogor dalam rapat paripurna yang digelar pada Jumat (29/11/2024) malam.
Penjabat (Pj) Wali Kota Bogor, Hery Antasari, menyampaikan bahwa penetapan APBD 2025 Kota Bogor telah disesuaikan dan berpedoman pada peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
Hery merincikan beberapa alokasi belanja daerah penting untuk tahun 2025, di antaranya adalah dana cadangan untuk penyelenggaraan Porprov 2026 sebesar Rp1 miliar, lanjutan pembangunan dua unit sekolah baru sebesar Rp36 miliar.
Selain itu, terdapat belanja alat bantu untuk penyandang disabilitas sebesar Rp 1,6 miliar, belanja modal tanah untuk jalan R3 sebesar Rp 3,4 miliar, serta kelanjutan pembangunan Jalan R3 dengan anggaran sebesar Rp 8,3 miliar, dan program lainnya.
“Rancangan APBD Tahun Anggaran (TA) 2025 merupakan rancangan APBD Kota Bogor terakhir yang saya sampaikan sebagai Pj Wali Kota Bogor. Semoga APBD TA 2025 dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat Kota Bogor,” ujarnya di Ruang Paripurna DPRD Kota Bogor.
Di tempat yang sama, Ketua DPRD Kota Bogor, Adityawarman Adil, berharap APBD yang telah ditetapkan ini mampu mengakselerasi pembangunan di Kota Bogor dan mencapai target Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Panjang Daerah (RPJPD) Kota Bogor 2025–2045.
“Alhamdulillah, APBD 2025 bisa kita tuntaskan. Mudah-mudahan seluruh anggaran yang sudah dibahas dan ditetapkan ini dapat menjadi daya dorong pembangunan Kota Bogor pada 2025,” kata Adit.
Berdasarkan kesepakatan antara Badan Anggaran (Banggar) DPRD Kota Bogor dengan Tim Anggaran Pemerintah Daerah (TAPD) Kota Bogor, pendapatan daerah disepakati sebesar Rp 2,933 triliun, sedangkan belanja daerah sebesar Rp 2,945 triliun.
Kemudian, penerimaan pembiayaan daerah disepakati sebesar Rp 35,497 miliar, dengan pengeluaran pembiayaan daerah sebesar Rp 26,294 miliar.
Sementara itu, pembiayaan netto sebesar Rp9,202 miliar dan sisa lebih pembiayaan anggaran tahun berkenaan (SiLPA) tercatat sebesar Rp0,00.
Banggar DPRD Kota Bogor menyampaikan ucapan terima kasih dan penghargaan yang sebesar-besarnya kepada Pj Wali Kota Bogor, Sekda beserta TAPD Kota Bogor, para asisten, dan pimpinan unit kerja di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Bogor yang telah bekerja sama dengan penuh keterbukaan dalam pembahasan.
“Kami juga berterima kasih kepada komisi-komisi yang telah memberikan masukan dan saran, serta kepada jajaran Sekretariat DPRD Kota Bogor yang telah membantu memfasilitasi kegiatan pembahasan,” jelas Adit.
